| "Someone assigned you an incident", with their name | The person the incident is assigned to | An [incident](https://docs.altrum.ai/incidents.md) was assigned to you. With the incident, its severity and its AI system, and **Open incident**. Turn it off in **Email settings** (rule **Incident assigned**). Assigning one to yourself sends nothing. |
| The ticket reference and title | Altrum support, with you and your organization's owners copied | You raised a support ticket. Reply to the email to add to it. |

In each subject, Altrum uses your organization's or AI system's name. Nobody is emailed about a move they made themselves.

Removing a member sends no email. See [Support](https://docs.altrum.ai/support.md) for tickets.

If an email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then ask an owner or admin to resend an invitation, or ask for a new reset link.
